The purpose of the Student Mothers and Fathers Support Program is to offer community spaces and professional services with a focus on the promotion of maternal/faternal and child health in the university context.
We have services available for UC students who are mothers, fathers and/or caregivers of young children:
Counseling can be online or in person. Orientation counseling is on Mondays at 1:30 p.m., and counseling with a midwife at a time to be coordinated via email.

There are moving facilities at all UC campuses. Below, we indicate exactly where they are located
1. San Joaquín Campus: There are 19 moving units. They are located in:
2. East Campus: There are 4 mudrooms, in the men’s and women’s restrooms, located in the central courtyard and in the virgin courtyard.
3. Casa Central: There are 4 changing rooms in the men’s and women’s restrooms, which are located in two sectors: Juan Pablo II patio (floor 2) and in the Biological Sciences plinth (floor -2).
4. Lo Contador: There are 3 doormen. In the universal restroom located in the Architecture building, and in the men’s and women’s restrooms located in building 310 (former Arts building) in the central courtyard.
5. Villarrica Campus: There are 2 moving rooms. One located in the co-ed room, on the 1st floor of the campus building, and others in the women’s restroom.
All campuses have a space for breastfeeding and milk expression. For the location and protocol for use of each room, write to madresypadres@uc.cl.
